Lidia Andrea Senf Fernandez
Geologist, college degree from University of São Paulo (USP), and a post graduate degree in Environment Management and Technologies from the Engineering School of the University of São Paulo (Escola Politécnica da USP).
Sergio Hiroshi Ogihara
